Last week, Moore Automation organized a dynamic team building activity, the destination was Xiaoyaozhuang, Jimei, Xiamen. Moore Automation focuses on the research and development, production and sales of automation products, covering a wide range of fields, such as DCS (distributed control system), PLC (programmable logic controller), HMI (human-machine interface), SCADA (data acquisition and monitoring system), etc. We are committed to providing customers with efficient and stable automation solutions, and helping customers improve production efficiency and equipment stability.

In busy work, most of our time is focused on the commissioning, optimization and customer service of automation equipment, and there are usually fewer opportunities for communication. This team building activity provides everyone with a platform to relax and communicate in depth. In the evening, we held a barbecue party outdoors in Xiaoyaozhuang, and everyone sat together to share the fun and experiences encountered in the project. Through these relaxed and pleasant interactions, everyone not only deepened their understanding of each other, but also promoted team collaboration and trust, and improved the tacit understanding in work.
Feel the natural scenery of Xiaoyao Village
In between activities, we also relaxed in the natural landscape around Xiaoyao Village. Here, the trees are shady, the fish pond is clear, and the quiet environment makes people feel the peace and tranquility of being isolated from the world. We strolled on the path beside the fish pond, breathing the fresh air and enjoying the gifts of nature. Whether it is the reflection of the sun on the water or the cool breeze blowing on the cheeks, all the beautiful scenery made us temporarily forget the pressure at work and completely relax.
Through this team building activity, everyone not only established a closer connection in relaxation and communication, but also improved the cohesion of the team in a relaxed atmosphere.
